Birbhum Lok Sabha Constituency General Election 2014 Results: Satabdi Roy of AITC won with 4,60,568 votes, defeating Dr. Elahi Kamre Mahammad of CPM, who received 3,93,305 votes. Satabdi Roy won by a margin of 67,263 votes, equivalent to 5.27% of the total votes polled. Total votes polled were 12,75,819.
