Dahanu (St) Lok Sabha Constituency General Election 1977 Results: Kom Lahanu Shidava of CPM won with 1,75,538 votes, defeating Dumada Laxman Kakadya of INC, who received 1,22,872 votes. Kom Lahanu Shidava won by a margin of 52,666 votes, equivalent to 17.65% of the total votes polled. Total votes polled were 2,98,410.
