Pollachi Lok Sabha Constituency General Election 1962 Results: C. Subramaniam of INC won with 1,76,512 votes, defeating R. M. Ramasami of SWA, who received 76,415 votes. C. Subramaniam won by a margin of 1,00,097 votes, equivalent to 31.98% of the total votes polled. Total votes polled were 3,12,991.
