Anantnag-Rajouri Lok Sabha Constituency General Election 2024 Results: Mian Altaf Ahmad of JKN won with 5,21,836 votes, defeating Mehbooba Mufti of JKPDP, who received 2,40,042 votes. Mian Altaf Ahmad won by a margin of 2,81,794 votes, equivalent to 27.50% of the total votes polled. Total votes polled were 10,24,586.
